my beloved photoshop is not opening... when i try to open it it just comes on as a grey screen and freezes... when i try to close it an error message pops up saying "program not responding"... it wont even uninstall and when i try to uninstall it another error message pops up saying "cannot uninstall... file is corrupt" pleaseeeeeeeeee help meeeeeeee... i tried holding down ctrl+alt+shift but to no avail... please help me and i will be eternally thankful
